"E.D.G.E.Track Solutions–Quality Emergency Management” welcomes inquires from individuals or corporate entities seeking to utilize the experience, knowledge and standards of excellence that we have developed in the area of quality emergency management for business purposes.
Cooperation between E.D.G.E.Track Solutions - QEM and potential Affiliates is based on a three tier system:
1. Tier 1
Local representative: or similar legal framework, relates to an Affiliate who can act as an independent Agent in a defined geographical area with the objective of securing and implementing contracts that are suitable to the services and products available through E.D.G.E.Track Solutions-QEM. For such contracts, and depending on degree of participation in managing them, the entrepreneur will receive a finder’s fee and if he/she meets the professional standards of E.D.G.E.Track Solutions, may be able to join us as a team member in implementing the contract. A nominal administrative fee is required to become this type of Affiliate.
2. Tier 2
Franchise: or similar legal framework where we provide the affiliate with all available educational, operational, instructional material and training that we have developed as well as updated material as appropriate. The affiliate is obligated, within a specified time period, to market and sell E.D.G.E.Track Solutions - QEM services and products in accordance with our stringent principles and procedures.
The training we will provide is to ensure proper use of the material and ensure that our affiliate is current with new developments and any updates or changes. Without compromising quality, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to make such material appropriate to local customs and language.
A franchise relationship is based on a payment to E.D.G.E.Track-Solutions- QEM for the use of the name “EDGETrack Solutions” as well as the material and training provided, in accordance with a table of royalties to be agreed upon by the parties. These royalties shall take into consideration the use of “EDGETrack Solutions” logo and unique international reputation as a leader in the field of quality emergency management.
3. Tier 3
Partner: or similar legal framework indicates a relationship where E.D.G.E.Track Solutions-QEM enters into a formal business relationship with another organization. This relationship is flexible and can take various organizational formats. In general, such a partnership is based on increasing competitiveness through complimentary products/services and enlarging potential markets. The conditions for such partnerships are dependent on recognizing the unique services/products of EDGETrack Solutions-QEM and its international reputation.
