Create a tailored made corporate continuity program on the basis of a broad set of realistic scenarios and expected risk contingences.

Assure maintenance of operations over time and continuously improve the quality of emergency procedures.
Focus on employees as a critical asset in the development, maintenance and improvement of a quality emergency business continuity program.
Provide a benchmarking anchor to compare quality corporate continuity plans to best in the field.
Method of Implementation
The Corporate Quality Emergency Management program is designed as a hands-on application that puts world-class experts from a broad range of fields in emergency management in partnership with the companies’ managers and staff.
This integration fosters a partnership whereby your staff act as catalysts in sensitizing our experts to the needs of the company, and through self evaluations lead to updating and improving the outlines and procedures of a workable quality corporate continuity program.
Staged Application
The development process calls for a series of dynamic stages that provide the basis for a rational and monitored realization of defined objectives.
Estimated Costs
Costs are associated with specific Application Stages. They can vary due to the type and size of the company as well as the magnitude and variety of the threats involved. For this reason, the costs of a custom-made quality corporate continuity plan may vary for each specific company.
In all cases, a minimum of two world-class experts will be involved at each stage for developing the business continuity program.
The costs do not factor in flights, hotels, lodging, administrative services, rentals, equipment and materials for the participants. Nor do they include internal organizational costs.
